Eligibility is based upon household income, lack of alternative means, and must be Northern Nevada resident; qualification is established over the phone and items can be picked-up the same day if available.

• Diabetic Supplies-Syringes, glucose meters, test strips, and diabetic medications

• Liquid Nutrition-Assorted products available (Prescription needed)

• Ostomy/Colostomy Supplies-Various products and sizes available

• Assistive Technology Loans-Low interest loans home/vehicle modifications

• Other Miscellaneous Items-Disposable supplies, lice treatment, respiratory supplies
